Abhi Eggs produces and supplies eggs sourced from our own farms, including our facility in Ravulapalem, Andhra Pradesh, and makes them available through our website, retail partners, and distribution network across the cities and regions we currently serve. References to “products” in these Terms include all egg varieties and ranges offered under the Abhi Eggs name, such as our cage-free, free-range, and fortified (D.O.S.E., Nutri+, Gold+, Vitamin D3) egg lines.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or purchasing our products, whether directly from us or through an authorised retailer or distributor, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or are using the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian) and that you accept these Terms in full. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Use of Our Website

4. Product Information and Freshness
- We take reasonable care to ensure our eggs are fresh, packed and delivered under ambient temperatures, and product descriptions on our website are provided for general information.
- We recommend storing eggs under refrigeration and consuming them within the “best before” or “use by” period printed on the carton. Eggs not refrigerated should be consumed sooner.
- Because eggs are a natural product, minor variations in size, shell colour, or appearance between batches are normal and do not indicate a defect.
- We are not responsible for any health issue, allergic reaction, or other adverse outcome arising from improper storage, mishandling, or consumption of eggs beyond their recommended shelf life, or from an individual’s pre-existing sensitivity or allergy to eggs or egg products.
5. How to Purchase Our Products
We do not sell products directly through this website, and this website does not offer a checkout, cart, or payment facility. Abhi Eggs products are available for purchase through our listed retail partners and through third-party quick commerce platforms (such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or similar delivery apps) that list and deliver our products in select cities. Any order you place is made directly with, and fulfilled entirely by, that retailer or platform, and is subject to that platform’s own terms of service.
6. Pricing, Payments, and Delivery
Pricing, payment processing, order tracking, delivery timelines, and delivery logistics for any purchase of our products are managed entirely by the quick commerce platform or retailer through which you place your order, and not by Abhi Eggs. We do not set the final retail price shown on these platforms, do not process or store any payment information you provide there, and have no control over delivery timelines, packaging at the point of delivery, or courier handling once a product leaves the relevant platform’s fulfilment centre. Please refer to the respective platform’s own terms and policies for information on pricing, payment, and delivery.
7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
As all purchases are made through third-party retailers and quick commerce platforms, cancellations, returns, and refunds for any order are governed by that platform’s own policies, and requests relating to a specific order should be raised directly with the platform through which it was placed. That said, if you have a genuine concern about the freshness, quality, or safety of an Abhi Eggs product you received, you are welcome to contact us directly with your concern, the platform used, and photographic evidence where possible, and we will do our best to look into it and assist, including liaising with the relevant platform where appropriate. This does not guarantee a refund or replacement, which remains subject to the concerned platform’s process.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abhi Eggs, its farms, staff, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or the purchase or consumption of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Indian law, including matters of consumer protection and food safety.
